Colour output in the integrated terminal works again, and a branch made from a differently named remote no longer tracks it.

- Fixed: Creating a feature branch from a differently named remote (for example
featfromorigin/develop) no longer tracks that remote. Push publishesorigin/featinstead of landing on the base.
Git (#420):
- Fixed: When GitLane cannot determine the git version, the error toast now includes git's own message, so a broken Command Line Tools shim is distinguishable from a missing install.
