GitLane v2.2.1
Create, close, reopen, and ready Cursor Origin pull requests, see their checks, reviews, and threads, and GitLane no longer writes PR comments.

What's changed
Cursor Origin pull requests (#389, #390):
- New: Create a pull request on a Cursor Origin repository from GitLane — open or draft — as on the other forges, and Close, Reopen, or mark it Ready from the PR header, as you already can on GitHub.
- New: Origin pull requests now show checks, submitted reviews, and discussion threads, instead of leaving those as unsupported.
Pull-request conversation (#391):
- Changed: GitLane no longer authors pull-request comments, review replies, or a body on an approval. You can still read the discussion, approve without a comment, resolve or reopen a review thread, and continue the conversation with Open on GitHub / GitLab / Bitbucket / Codebase, which opens the PR on the forge that actually renders it.
